The Croft is prominently situated next to the Parish Church in the pretty village Croft on Tees, which lies on the banks of the River forming the border between the counties of North Yorkshire and County Durham.
Just a few miles north is Darlington, a thriving town, whilst nearby are some notable and sought after towns, such as Northallerton, Yarm, Richmond and Barnard Castle. The nearby road network provides good access via the A19, A1(M) and the A66, whilst Teesside International Airport is less than seven miles away.
